Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Preschool is equivalent to one month’s tuition (based on a nine month payment plan) and is due at the time of application. The registration fee is non-refundable. Please note that the registration fee is not the same as tuition payments. Placement in a class is not final until all paperwork and payments are received and in order. Registration payments can be made by check payable to St Francis Preschool, or via our online system. The preschool reserves the right to deny enrollment if we feel that we cannot best meet the needs of a child. In this case, we are happy to refund the registration fee.
Tuition
Tuition is paid one month in advance. Monthly tuition payments begin in August and end in April and are made using FACTS (tuition management system) and will be drafted on the 20th of each month. A link will be sent out later on how to register for FACTS. If you wish to pay your annual tuition in full, you receive a 1% discount.
Financial Aid Financial aid is available. Click here for additional information on Financial Aid.
Withdrawals No refunds will be made on tuition already paid. In case of withdrawal/dismissal from the program, thirty days’ written notice is required. Children are accepted in good faith. Occasionally, however, it is necessary to remove a child from the program or deny enrollment if we feel that we cannot best meet the needs of a child. In this case, we are happy to refund the registration fee.
If you are a Catholic family who is an active member of the Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, you may be eligible for the St. Francis Steward Rate, see Stewardship Requirements.

January 20, 2022
Dear St. Francis Preschool families,
My name is Emily Edwards. My husband, Bret, and I have 3 daughters. Amelia (2nd grade at TFS), Charlotte (Ocean Friends), and Elizabeth (Happy Hoppers). As you all know, St. Francis is a beautiful community, for which we are so thankful for everyday. Not only can we grow and learn here, but we can share our gifts and serve.
This spring, our parish will be talking a lot about charisms- spiritual gifts or special abilities given to each of us by the Holy Spirit. These gifts give us power both to represent Christ and to be a channel of God’s goodness for people. These may be things like extraordinary faith, service or intercessory prayer, but they also might be things like administration, leadership and teaching. As you discern your gifts and how the Holy Spirit is calling you to use them, we would like to encourage you to consider the preschool and how your unique gifts could lift up our community and make it even better!
There are a number of volunteer positions and jobs we need filled. Some of these tasks include fundraising, community outreach, and teacher support. Many of the events and community building activities we did traditionally in the past have been put on hold the past two years. We are excited to bring those things back and more! Whether you would love to help welcome new families to our community, or would like to be on a list to help clean up after an event, please reach out to me. We all have unique gifts to share, and sharing our gifts and supporting each other is what builds a strong community.
On behalf of the Family Engagement Committee I thank you for considering lending your time and talents to our Preschool.
My best,
Emily
